Order of suspension of Fair Price Shop of the petitioner dated 03.04.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mirzapur is under challenge. 2. It is argued that reply has already been submitted by the petitioners pursuant to the aforesaid order of suspension on 31.05.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-8 to the writ petition. 3. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer only to the effect that respondent no. 2 be directed to decide the aforesaid matter, expeditiously. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 or by Shri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 5. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 2 namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marihan, District-Mirzapur to decide the aforesaid matter strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
