Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 01.03.2023, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in these writ petitions and it has become infructuous. The said instruction passed on to this Court by the learned State Counsel, is taken on record. 4. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
