Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant petition has been preferred with following prayers:- "..... to issue an appropriate order or direction to call for the record and direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), Court No.16, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.247 of 2023 (Anju Yadav vs. Praveen Yadav) under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, within stipulated period of time so fixed by this Honble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only for seeking expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No.247 of 2023, under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), Court No.16, Allahabad. 4. There is hardly any objection raised by learned counsel for respondent no. 2 for seeking prayer of expedite disposal of aforesaid case. 5. Be that as it may, if there is no other legal impediment, learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), Court No.16, Allahabad/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite and finalize the proceedings of Complaint Case No.247 of 2023 (Anju Yadav vs. Praveen Yadav) under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. 6. Both the learned counsels assured on behalf of their client that no unnecessary adjournment shall be sought by either of the parties and they will cooperate to the learned court concerned for achieving the directions as made above. 7.
