The application was rejected purportedly because two FIRs stand registered, in which his client's name appear. He seeks quashing of rejection order dated 20th May, 2025 and directions for issuance of the certificate. 2. Ms. Shubhra Singh, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and on query submits, view taken by the Lucknow Bench in several writ petitions, lead case being writ-C no. 718 of 2025 (Anil Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and three others), on order dated 26th May, 2025, to best of her knowledge has not been interfered with. 3. Impugned rejection order is set aside and the application restored to respondent no.4. Said respondent is directed to issue the certificate pursuant to Anil Kumar (supra). Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to said respondent. There be the issuance within three weeks thereafter.
