TO ISSUE, writ, order direction the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to register the mutation application filed under Section 34 of the U.P Revenue Code, 2006 dated 29.05.2025 on R.C.C.M.S. Portal and to maintain the order sheet in accordance with Rules 188(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016; ii. TO ISSUE, writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the mutation application dated 29.05.2025 filed under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as expeditiously as possible preferably with the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with the provisions of Rule 33(7) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules 2016;" It is contended that petitioner had moved a mutation application before respondent no.3-Tehsildar, Sadar, Firozabad which has not been registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said application may be decided expeditiously in accordance with law, after registering the same. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Tehsildar, Sadar, District-Firozabad to register the application filed by petitioner under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within one week from the date of production of certified copy of this order, and decide the same within next two months, in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties.
