Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 04.05.2024 , when the informant was returning home after attending her school , in the meanwhile this petitioner got her seated on his motorcycle and brought her to his house and committed rape with her.
