Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 alongwiht other revenue authorities to conduct an enquiry/ spot inspection and restrain the respondent No.5 to 7 from constructing the drainage/nali from the land in question forthwith. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025, pending before him, within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is evident from the averments made in the writ petition that there is serious dispute between two sets of private persons in relation to a drain, and for which civil remedy has already been availed by instituting a suit. 3.
