The present application is filed by the Applicant for enlarging him on Parole leave on the ground of ailment in the family. 2. Heard learned Advocate Ms. K. D. Parmar for the Applicant and learned APP Ms. Krina Calla appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State. 4. Having considered the ground mentioned in the Application R/SCR.A/16093/2025 ORDER DATED: 05/12/2025 and considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. The application is partly allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be released on Parole for a period of 21 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, as well as Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards security deposit before the jail authority, it shall be returned when the applicant surrender within stipulated time without any further order from this Court, and on further condition that the Applicant shall mark his presence before the concerned police station on every alternate day and surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period. 6.
