JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 110, 117(2), 303(2), and 351(1)(2) of the B.N.S. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons entered in to the house of the informant and assaulted her along with other family members and co- accused Lalti Devi snatched a chain from her neck. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits both the parties are gotiyas and there is boundary dispute for opening the gate between them, which led to scuffle in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter-case. Co-accused, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62960 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 namely, Lalti Devi has already been granted bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38690 of 2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners, clean antecedent, and case and counter-case between the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. aditya/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
