The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "I) An order or direction to directing learned Civil Judge (J.D.)(Garvi), Allahabad to decide Execution No. 4 of 2022 arising out to original Civil Suit No. 617 of 1999 (Smt. Krishna Devi Vs Sant Laland Others), pending before him, within a stipulated time as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution case is pending since 2022 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)(Garvi), Allahabad to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 4 of 2022, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
