Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks quashing of the termination order dated 31st March 2025 and prays for reinstatement in service. A further relief is sought, directing the Respondent–Director to regularize the services of the Petitioner. The appropriate remedy for the Petitioner, however, is to approach the College Tribunal.
2. Considering the time spent in prosecuting the present Petition is bonaide, the issue of delay in instituting the proceedings before the College Tribunal shall be considered sympathetically. With liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order of termination before the College Tribunal, the Petition stands disposed of, keeping all contentions open. Shubham Talle 1 of

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proceedings before the Tribunal be expedited. It is clariied that if such proceedings are iled, it shall always be open to the Petitioner to request the College Tribunal to expedite the hearing.
