NISHA BANU, J. 1 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.2811 of 2025 mps 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the contemnor has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.09.2025, issued by the Assistant Engineer (O and M/Central), TANGEDCO, CEDC/South, Velachery, Chennai, and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and hence, contempt would not lie. 3.A perusal of the proceedings dated 22.09.2025 would disclose that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2021 has been considered and orders have been passed thereon. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no contempt made out. 4.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
