This group of writ petitions arises out of a Grampanchayat dispute. The respondents, who were elected as members of Village Panchayat on 27th November 2012, incurred disqualification for failure to submit their election expenses within a period of one month from declaration of result. By order dated 12th September 2014, they were declared disqualified from contesting election for a further period of five years from date of order. The aforesaid period is also expired. 2. In that view of the matter, disqualification order becomes ineffective. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions. The writ petitions stand disposed of as infructuous. 3.
