ORAL ORDER
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In this petition, the petitioner is assailing the
order dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.Misc.No.88/2022 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Haveri, granting maintenance of Rs.7,000/- p.m. to the petitioner.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is not in dispute with regard to the relationship between the parties as the petitioner has married the respondent long ago and in their wedlock three children were born. Taking into account the fact that Crl.Misc.No.46/2020 is filed before the Family Court against the petitioner herein at Hangal and also the petitioner herein has received notice and agreed for compromise however, same has not been materialized and taking into account the fact that the respondent herein is aged about 54 years and not working and has to eke out her livelihood and therefore I am of the view that the

Family Court taking into account the factual aspects has granted maintenance of Rs.7,000/- p.m. which appears to be just and proper and does not call for any interference in this petition.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
