(Oral) Since petitioner herein has already filed representation to the respondent-State for redressal of her grievance sought to be decided in the instant proceedings and same is pending adjudication, there appears to be no justification to entertain the present petition and accordingly, the same is disposed with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, besides affording opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, shall also take sympathetic view and pass speaking order thereafter.
