The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the order dated 7.11.2024 passed by C.J.M., Saharanpur, whereby an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S. {Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.} has been treated as complaint case. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
