On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with 13 years old minor girl. 4. Considering the tender age of the victim, consent of marriage is immaterial. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
