Nanavati, appearing with learned Advocate, Mr. Purohit, under the instructions, submitted that in view of the fact that all the prayers made in these petitions are satisfied, by virtue of the interim orders passed in these matters and due to the subsequent developments, which have taken place during the pendency of these petitions, the same have become infructuous and accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the same.
2. Heard. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. These petitions stand disposed of, as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any granted earlier, stands vacated. No order as to costs.
