The matter is pending consideration before DRM, Moradabad since last about one month. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to DRM, Moradabad to take decision on the pending application filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
