2. This Petition was iled in the year 2022. We have heard Mr. Bobade, learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1–Islampur Nagar Parishad. It is submitted that the road in question has not been widened as apprehended in the Petition. It is further submitted that although construction work has been carried out, it has been conined to the existing road. Consequently, the Petitioner’s structure, which was earlier apprehended to be afected, has in fact not been impacted. Shubham Talle 1 of

3. In such view of the matter, it appears that the Petitioner may not be interested in prosecuting the Petition. Keeping the liberty of the Petitioner open to apply in case of diiculty should the respondents take any steps to widen the road. Keeping all contentions open, writ petition stands disposed of.
