The petitioner filed I.A.No.4 of 2025 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the main writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, due to subsequent changes. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, I.A.No.4 of 2025 is allowed and Writ Petition No.4253 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
