By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed following relief: "(i) a writ of certiorari to quash the transfer order dated 24.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 as well as relieving order dated 27.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 4" Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by moving representation dated 30.12.2024. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the claim of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move fresh representation before respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is moved, respondent no. 4 will look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a further period of six weeks.
