Respondent no.4 does not wishes to proceed with the present first information report lodged against the petitioners and he has no objection in case the impugned first information report is quashed. In view of the above, first information report dated 08.02.2024, Case Crime No. 0116 of 2024, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Hata, District Kushinagar is quashed.
