This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(a) Issue weit, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus calling the record of the Case No.00007/2012 (Computer Case No.T201215060600007) (Sant Kumari Singh Vs. Subedar Singh @ Bheem Singh) under section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and further be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to comply the judgument/order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Writ 'C' No.2112 of 2020 (Annexure No.4) within further stipulated time as may be deem fit and proper by thin Hon'ble Court." It is contended that Case No.00007 of 2012 (Computer Case No.T- 201215060600007), under section- 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Boodhanpur, Azamgarh. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expedite the aforesaid case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Boodhanpur, Azamgarh to decide Case No.00007 of 2012 (Computer Case No.T-201215060600007), under section- 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
