JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 28-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 353 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 317(5), of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, under Sections 11(1)(ka), 11(1)(gha), 11(1)(nga), 11(1)(kha) and 11(1) (jha) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 and also under Section 3 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Rule, 1978. 3. As per the prosecution case, 10 cattles were being transported in a vehicle and the petitioners are said to be owner of the vehicle and owner of the cattles caught from the vehicle respectively. Considering the serious allegations of animal trafficking against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 6. The petitioners are directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today. If the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail then it is expected that the same will be considered and disposed of by the concerned Court below on the same day on which they surrender. The concerned Court below will also consider the regular bail application of the petitioners in view of the fact that one co-accused, who was driver of the truck has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr.
