Sri Jeevan J.Neeralagi, learned counsel is directed to accept notice for the respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"a. Issue a writ or order in the nature of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th Respondents to consider the letters dated 12.12.20245 (ANNEXURE-A) and 21.08.2024 (ANNEXURE-B) and online transmit the amended shipping bills details in dispute, from ICEGATE Portal to DGFT Portal, to claim incentive under MEIS scheme; b. Issue writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to sanction the incentive under Merchandise Export Scheme of India in respect of the 19 shipping bills in dispute; c. Pass such other orders as may be deemed appropriate under the circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite submissions of representations at Annexures-A and B dated 12.12.2024 and 21.08.2024 requesting respondent Nos.3 and 4 to transmit online the amended shipping bills details from ICEGATE Portal to DGFT Portal to enable the petitioner to claim incentive under the MEIS scheme, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not taken any steps in this regard so far and as such, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, respondent Nos.3 and 4 would consider the said representations and proceed further in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider and to take appropriate decisions/pass appropriate orders pursuant to the petitioner's representation at Annexures-A and B in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
