The present petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to transfer the the investigation of first information report dated 17.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 306 of 2025, under section 109, 351(3), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 & section 3(1)(द) , 3(1)(ध), 3(2) (V) of S.C./S.T.. Act, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit to some other district. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to ensure the fair investigation of first information report dated 17.6.2025 registered as Case Crime 306 of 2025, under section 109, 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 & section 3(1)(द) , 3(1)(ध), 3(2) (V) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit." 3. There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of observing that the Investigating Officer is expected to act in accordance with law as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
