ORAL ORDER
1. Learned AGA accepts notice for Respondent No.1. Sri.Pawan Kumar, counsel is directed to accept notice for Respondent No.2. Sri.S.N.Prashanth Chandra, counsel is
directed to accept notice for Respondents No.3, 4, 5 and
6. Sri.M.Pradeep, counsel is directed to accept notice for Respondent No.7.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Call for records. b. Direct the R-1 to consider the representation dtd. 12.11.2025 given by the petitioner which is produced at Annx-A.
c. Pass such and further orders as and deem fit by this Hon'ble court in the interests of justice.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation which had been submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-A has not been considered by the respondents and in that background, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. Though the said representation at Annexure-A has been recently submitted, it would still be available for the respondents to take necessary action on the said representation and pass necessary orders either accepting or rejecting the representation. Needless to say if an order of rejection is passed, the same is required to be accompanied by reasons. Since the representation has been submitted recently on 12.11.2025, adequate time is required to be granted to the respondents to pass necessary orders. As such, I pass the following:
ORDER i) Writ Petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2025 at Annexure-A and pass necessary orders within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the
order.

iii) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner.
