The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the first information report dated 12.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 292 of 2025, under section 126(2), 74, 78, 351(2), 352 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
