Nos.2/13, 15 and 16 of Gajuwaka Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the GVMC, upon written instructions, submits that the respondent authorities have duly considered the building permission application of the petitioner and granted permission vide building permit order dated 09.12.2024. It is stated in the written instructions that the construction has been completed. 3. Considering the instructions of the learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, the grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed by the respondents. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the petitioner to file afresh if aggrieved by any action of the respondent authorities.
