The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the Appeal no. 1164/2022 bearing its Computerized Case nо. C202205000001164 (Smt. Sarita Devi Vs. Shiv Kumar & others), under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 within a stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is opposite party in the appeal which is pending before the respondent no.2. He prayed that the same may be decided within the stipulated period. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2, the Additional Commissioner (Administration)-1st, Gorakhpur Mandal, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforementioned appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
