He has assured the Court that he has personally taken cognizance of the issue that has been flagged by the Court in these matters and necessary instructions, as may be required, shall be issued in this regard to ensure that such a situation does not arises 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:20056 in future and the Officers are designated to pursue the litigation on behalf of the Municipal Corporation in accordance with law. 2. At this stage, on the request of learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioners, the petitions are permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition on the same cause through some other authorized Officers. The interim protection that was granted by the Court in these petitions shall continue for a period of four weeks. 3. The petitions stand disposed of.
