Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 552 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih. 3. On 06.08.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from a place near Khukhra More at Palganj Village. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, murder weapon was recovered. 4. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the seizure witness has turned hostile. 5. Mr. Sanat Kumar Jha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial of the case is under progress. 6. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
