Singh, III Additional Sessions Judge, Agra in Sessions Trial No. 118 of 1982 (State of U.P. Vs. Man Singh & Anr.), convicting the appellants under Sections 302/34 and 307/34 IPC and sentencing them to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment of five years for the offence uner Section 307/34. 3. The report called through CJM, Agra by the last order is awaited. At the same time, Sri Surendra Singh, learned AGA states, report received by him through Assistant Police Commissioner, Agra enclosing thereto proper police report accompanied with copies of Death Certificate of both appellants namely Man Singh and Pooran Singh reveals, both are reported to be dead.
