In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the order dated 16.03.2023 (Annexure-K) passed by Respondent No.1. 3. In this writ petition, the Respondent No.1 has passed the impugned order at Annexure-K on the ground that the alleged Petitioner-Society has not complied with the provisions under Sections 11 and 13 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960. It is also forthcoming from the recitals in the impugned order that from 2013 to 2019, the renewal of the Petitioner-Society has not been made by the members or the office bearers of the Society and as such, the appointment of the Administrator by the Respondent No.1 is just and proper, which does not require interference of this Court. However, as the petitioner herein has produced the letter dated 23.07.2024, wherein the Deputy Registrar has addressed a letter to the, Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society, Bengaluru, seeking clarification as to the renewal of the Petitioner-Society, In that view of the matter, it is open for the competent authority to take decision in the matter in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53704 WP No. 6876 of 2023 With this observation, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition.
