Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a resident of Dharapuram and finds it inconvenient to travel all the way from Dharapuram to Erode to attend the proceedings before Family Court, Erode. Learned counsel further states that the petitioner has to take care of minor child aged 5 years as well as her aged parents. 4. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a good ground for transfer of case. 5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and HMOP No.641 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Erode and transferred to Sub Court, Dharapuram. 6.
