In this view of the matter, the impugned order shall be treated as show-cause notice. Let such a show-cause notice be served on the petitioners calling upon them to comply with the deiciencies. 4. Learned AGP to communicate this order to the respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 shall issue a fresh notice to the petitioners within a period of one week from today. The show-cause notice be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of 6 weeks from today. 5. The impugned order is set aside and the same can be treated as show-cause notice to be served on the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid order. 6. All contentions are kept open.
