The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0159 of 2025 under Sections 351(3), 352, 333, 115(2), 109(1), 190 & 191(3) B.N.S., Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal. The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. Further, the injury report handed over to the Court provided by the A.G.A. discloses that five persons have been grievously injured and have suffered numerous fractures. In view of the aforesaid, it is not a case for quashing the first information report or to grant interim protection to the petitioners. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed. The petitioners have other remedies available to them in law, which they may exercise.
