JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioner, a mother of two children, has filed a representation dated 18.11.2023 with the respondents. The petitioner has filed this representation stating that her husband will seek renewal of the children's passport and the authorities must not renew the passports while also making a request for taking necessary steps to ensure that the children are sent back to this country from Qatar. Sri H.Shanthi Bhushan, the learned Deputy Solicitor General Of India, submits that the passport for the elder child is renewed at Doha on 30.07.2023 and the passport for the other child is valid until 11.08.2026 and as such, there is no reason for - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33600 WP No. 22800 of 2025 consideration of the representation. Sri H.Shanthi Bhushan also submits that there are multiple proceedings between the petitioner and the children's father on the custody and the petitioner must necessarily work out the remedies in such proceedings before approaching the respondents. This Court finds considerable force in the submission, and therefore, the petition stands disposed of without prejudice to the petitioner to pursue her grievance in the pending proceedings.
