JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER(ORAL) 1) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that at this stage, the appellant shall not press this appeal but in view of the fact that out of 15 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 10 witnesses have been examined, the trial court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months. 2) Ms. Maha Majeed, Assisting Counsel, appearing vice Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Sr. AAG, is not averse to the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel and she submitted that the remaining five prosecution witnesses shall be examined before the trial court without any fail and WP(C) No.300/2022 | P a g e no un-necessary adjournment shall be sought by the prosecution. 3) In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and no un-necessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. 4) A copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
