The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction upon second respondent i.e. Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad to decide the appeal filed under Rule-5 of the U.P. Basic Educational Staff Rules, 1973 dated 03.03.2025 within some stipulated time. Considering the facts of the case, this Court finds that ends of justice would be served by issuing a direction upon the second respondent to decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The authority concerned shall pass the order in accordance with law.
