1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.5 has carried out illegal and unauthorized construction of building situated at Village Kundal, Taluka Palus, District Sangli. 3. In the irst instance, we direct the District Collector to look into the representation. If the Collector inds substance in such representation, the District Collector to hear the petitioner as well as the respondent No.5 and after giving them a reasonable opportunity and carrying out necessary inspection/inquiry, the representation be taken to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
4. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
