By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.2 to constitute Special Task Force (STF) pursuant to the FIR No.0231 of 2024 dated 20.07.2024, under Section 302 IPC, registered with Police Station I.T.I., District Udham Singh Nagar,. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has been filed on the premise that after investigation, the final report has been submitted by the police. She further contends that since the petitioner was not satisfied with the investigation conducted by the respondent-department, therefore, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, there is no manner of doubt in the mind of this Court, 1 2025:UHC:4658 if the final report is submitted after investigation to the Magistrate concerned, the petitioner-informant is not remediless and she can very well file the protest petition against the final report so submitted by the investigating officer. 4.
