The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2/Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate, District Prayagraj to decide the Representation dated 23.06.2025 of the Petitioner within stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court; (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to transfer the investigation to other Police Station for Fair/Impartial Investigation/Enquiry in connection with the First Information Report dated 15.06.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0088 of 2025, under Sections 318(3), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Kareli, Commissionerate, Prayagraj." 2. The petitioner may file a fresh application before the Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate, District Prayagraj (respondent no.2), who shall take appropriate action in accordance with law and shall ensure that investigation in the aforesaid case is done fairly and be completed expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.
