The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.08.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-13538-2025. 2. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- had been debited from the account of the petitioner and time was sought by learned counsel for the respondents to verify the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents, upon verification, submits that the said amount had been debited due to a lapse on the part of the bank and an amount of Rs.6,30,566/- has now been credited in the account of the VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.29 18:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document COCP-5678-2025 (O&M) -2- petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 5.
