Page No.# 4/4 The learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 7 submits that the respondent No. 7 has already been expired as such, the legal heirs of respondent No.7 i.e. respondent No. 7(i) and 7(ii) may kindly be impleaded. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection in regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 7. Accordingly, the prayer of the applicant/respondent No. 7 is allowed by impleading respondent No. 7(i) and 7(ii) as legal heirs of Respondent No.7. The Registry is directed to do the needful.
