He would submit that for want of removal of oice objections, the Writ Petition sufered de-registration vide order dated 5th April 2024. 3. It appears that vide order dated 5th April 2024, the Petitioner was granted time of four weeks to remove oice objections, however, since the Petitioner failed to remove those oice objections, the Writ Petition stood dismissed. The order dated 5th April 2024 stands recalled.
