Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned AGA. 2. By means of instant application u/s 528 BNSS, the applicants have prayed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 43914 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime no. 211 of 2017, under Sections 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Noorpur, District Bijnor, pending before the court of CJM, Bijnor as well as charge-sheet dated 3.8.2017 and summoning order dated 29.11.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the parties have entered into compromise; they have settled their dispute amicably and they are no longer inclined to proceed with the said case; they are living peacefully in the village, therefore, on prayer made on behalf of the applicants, this Court was pleased to refer the compromise for verification vide order dated 10.7.2025. The compromise has been duly verified by the trial court on 22.7.2025 and a copy of order together with compromise has been filed through supplementary affidavit. 4. No objection raised by learned counsel for respondent no. 2 on prayer made on behalf of the applicants. 5. In view of the fact that the parties have entered into compromise, which has been duly verified, the criminal proceedings are liable to be quashed. Consequently, the entire criminal proceedings of the aforesaid case are hereby quashed in terms of the compromise entered between the parties.
