Grant such other relief as Hon’ble Court deems fit the interest of justice. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents-State. 3. The petitioner was awarded a contract on 06.03.2024, pursuant to a short term tender. The petitioner completes his work and submits a representation claiming the amount he is entitled, on 07.06.2024. The petitioner complains of short payment and therefore he is at the doors of this Court seeking a direction for consideration of his representation dated 28.06.2024 for complete payment. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:15 WP No. 106039 of 2024 4. The learned AGA would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would be considered, and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. 5.
