The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, N.D.P.S. Case No.02 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 20 of N.D.P.S Act, Section 47(A) of Excise Act and Sections 274/275/286/292 of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka. On 02.11.2024, the house of the petitioner was raided by Dumka Muffasil Police and on search, 08 kgs of cannabis and 69 bottles of liquors were recovered from there. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka, in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, N.D.P.S. Case No.02 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
